Microsoft is no doubt a company which has revolutionized the world in 21st century. Yes, it gave us the famous Graphical User Interface OS which we all like-Windows 3.1, but has the Microsoft been aware of the trends, and is it up to date? The market analysis of Internet Explorer, Hotmail, and recent Windows Vista shows that Microsoft maybe concentrating on its Mars operations than Earth unit.

           So who the heck needs a company thats here to do cold wars on others, thats here to tell that it is the dictator and that no one can come up in this democratic world to beat it. Who needs a policy like this? I don't think we need this crap of a policy any time. 

          Therefore I would totally change the policy of Microsoft. I would change its habit of crushing others in the computer market, rather I would cooperate and coordinate with others to achieve better products and new technologies. 

          I would ask millions of users about what they think about Microsoft and what they expect from us, I would ask why they do not like us, then try to resolve the issues.  

          I would try to change the look and feel of Microsoft.

          I would try to establish centers in villagers, remote places around the world and try to give them software and other stuff at nominal prices, and make Microsoft a truly global brand by achieving good results both in cities and villages.

          I would adopt a village in each country and provide all the benefits to that village, like education, health, water, and other facilities all free of cost. And I would name these villages Microsoft Global Village.
        
I would make MSN a better place by simplifying the interface and concentrating on the ease of use than sophistication.

I would see that Microsoft is up to date with the trends, and cultures etc, so I would establish a separate unit for that, and that unit will be called as World Trends and Tastes Unit. 

        
It is necessary to help yourselves, it is even greater necessity to help others. Help others to develop, so that they can help others to develop and the cycle continue to change the small place we call as Earth.
